Partner API terms
Version 2026-10-21 · applies to DayPass Inc. ("DayPass", "we") and the company you represent ("Partner", "you").
1. What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of the DayPass Partner API, the partner portal and the sandbox ("the Service") to search, price, book and cancel DayPass experiences for your customers. They add to your commercial agreement with DayPass and to the DayPass terms and conditions. If they conflict, your commercial agreement comes first.
2. Your account
- Access is by invitation. You must be authorised to accept these terms for your company.
- Sign-in links and API keys are personal to your team. Do not share them outside your company, and tell us promptly if you think one has been exposed.
- You are responsible for everything done with your keys. Keep live keys on your servers only, never in a mobile app or in a web page.
3. Prices, payment and bookings
- DayPass calculates every price on our servers. The price in a quote is the price charged, including the partner pricing set out in your agreement. You may not change, mark up or misstate it to the venue or to DayPass.
- Payment is taken by card through Stripe. Card details must go directly to Stripe and never pass through your servers or ours.
- A booking is confirmed only when the API says it is. If a booking needs review, do not retry it; contact us.
- You are responsible for giving your customers accurate booking details, the venue's rules and our cancellation terms.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Bookings can be cancelled free of charge until the deadline shown in the booking (normally the end of the day before the experience, plus any notice period the venue requires). After that, the booking cannot be cancelled through the Service. Refunds are returned to the original payment method by DayPass; allow several days, plus your customer's bank processing time.
5. Guest data and privacy
You will give us only the guest details needed to make the booking, and you confirm you are entitled to do so. We use them to fulfil the booking, send confirmations, and share them with the venue. Each party handles personal data in line with applicable law and, for DayPass, our privacy policy. Do not use data you receive through the Service for any other purpose.
6. Acceptable use
- Stay within your rate limit and do not try to bypass limits, authentication or the sandbox/live separation.
- Do not copy the catalogue in bulk, resell access to the API, or use it to build a competing listing service.
- Do not probe for weaknesses without our written permission. Report any security issue you find to us promptly.
7. Sandbox and going live
The sandbox simulates payments and sends no real bookings. Live keys are enabled by DayPass after you complete the go-live checklist and we have done a final check. We may decline or withdraw live access at any time.
8. Confidentiality
Keep non-public information about the Service, our venues' rates and our commercial terms confidential, and use it only to run your integration.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may improve or change the Service, and will give reasonable notice of changes that would break a correctly built integration. If we update these terms you will be asked to accept the new version when you next sign in.
10. Suspension and ending
We may suspend or revoke access if these terms or your agreement are breached, if there is a security or fraud risk, or to protect guests and venues. You may stop using the Service at any time. Bookings already confirmed stay subject to these terms.
11. Liability
The Service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, and each party's total liability under these terms is limited as set out in your commercial agreement. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Questions about these terms: daypassapp.com/contact.
